Exercises for back pain have become an increasingly common part of my days over the last couple of years. Whether I’m doing them or reminding Peter to do them because he’s the one with the pinch or ache in his lower back, they seem to be quite the regular part of my lifestyle. The last time I used them to help ease away the discomfort of a pinched nerve, I decided that it was time to start writing about them and share them with you.
I’ve started including balance exercises for seniors into my daily routine. I may be a senior, but I am not at all in the “elderly” category, and I plan to keep that up for as long as possible. While I’m at it, I’m making Peter do the same thing.
Every time a new study is released, it shows that anti-aging exercise benefits are better than we previously thought. I’ve always known that being sedentary is about as unhealthy as smoking.
