How to Prevent Frailty Starting Today

I’m on a kick to prevent frailty. It’s a part of my overall effort to age well, to have longevity with quality of life, and to keep up my immune system. I can understand if people don’t mind if they’re heavier or slimmer or if they aren’t quite as strong as they used to be, but nobody wants to be frail.  The thought of that makes me cringe.

Healthy Sleep Habits for Longevity…and Less Snacking!

I’ve been reading up on a study I spotted in the newspaper about the impact of healthy sleeping habits on naturally reducing snacking.  If you have been with me here on my blog for a few weeks, you’ll know that sleeping well is a regular focus of mine. I feel that it has exceptionally important benefits to overall health, immune system strength, eye wellness and weight management, among other things.  Longevity aside, it seems that it is a natural reducer of excess snacking.  That definitely caught my eye.
