Why I Decided to Take VISIPRO 20-20 to Maintain Healthy Eyes

I’m one of those people who seems to have naturally healthy eyes. I have a pair of reading glasses, but my eye pressures are good, I don’t appear to have signs of age related macular degeneration and glaucoma isn’t in my family. Still, I know that this is rare and that it doesn’t mean that I’m immune to eye health problems, especially with age.

Until recently, my main strategy for keeping my eyes healthy has been to wear sunglasses when I’m out in the sunlight, drink plenty of water and eat fish a couple of times per week. Essentially, they’re the types of thing I was already doing to keep up my health overall and to stop myself from getting wrinkles from squinting in the sun.

It wasn’t until a very close friend of mine was told that she had early signs of age related macular degeneration that I began thinking about doing more. It was detected on a test she’d taken as a part of her regular optometrist appointments. She was told to pay attention to her diet, but the optometrist also advised that she take one of the most recommended eye health supplements on a daily basis.

The supplements she was supposed to take needed to contain at least lutein and zeaxanthin. Antioxidants were also preferable within the formula.

Since my friend and I are the same age, I decided it probably couldn’t hurt to do what she was doing to protect my own eyes. My vision has always been something I’ve taken for granted because I’ve never had problems with it. But then again, neither has my friend. I’d really prefer not to struggle with my vision if problems can be prevented. If it’s just a matter of keeping up what I’m already doing and taking some daily supplements, then I’m certainly going to do that.

The product I’ve chosen for myself is VISIPRO 20-20. It ticked all the boxes that my friend’s optometrist had recommended. I also like that each of the ingredients has quite a bit of solid evidence behind them. I haven’t experienced anything adverse from taking these capsules, and I feel good about the fact that I’m boosting nutrients in my body that I need to keep myself healthy, including my eyes.

I am also looking forward to telling my own optometrist about my selection when I go for my checkup this year. I may not have eye health problems in my family history, but I also don’t want to be the one that proves to be the first in my gene pool to end up with vision loss over time.
