Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019 is Nearly Here and Not to be Missed
Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019 is rapidly approaching and this year, it is launching with the slogan: “We have a story to tell.” This will be the event’s eleventh year and organizers are underscoring the fact that they have not forgotten their roots. Though it makes improvements and changes with each new year, the core of the festival remains.
Latin America’s Culinary Landscape
Event organizers and directors Carlos Elizondo and Consuelo Elipe held a press conference to officially announce the details of the Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019 festival. They explained that once again it would be a celebration of cuisine from Latin America that would live up to the festival’s top standing among world celebrations.
Though Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019 may be highly organized and include many top names and celebrity chefs, its roots were quite humble. It began as a training seminar, though it is now the place to be in discovering the latest and greatest from the Latin American culinary world.
Preparing for Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019
Participating areas throughout Puerto Vallarta and along the Riviera Nayarit are working diligently to prepare for the Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019, which runs from September 29 through October 3.
There will be 36 renowned chefs taking part, including those who have receive multiple Michelin Stars and Soles Repsol. Also among them are those with leading places in The 50 Best Restaurants and Top Chefs. In addition to the chefs, there will also be sommeliers and mixologists, as well as world-class speakers.
A Not-to-Miss Event
Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019 will be an event that locals and visitors to the area will not want to miss. There will be premium tastings, samplings, show cookings, a GastromiKids segment, gourmet workshops, wine-pairing dinners, an expo area as well as a number of special events.
Celebrity and top name chefs and speakers will be in attendance, including Eddy Warman of the popular radio show, who is also a noted gastronomy and wine specialist. The host of TV Azteca’s Master Chef, Anette Michel will also be there, as will Mesón Fuencarral owner and gastrocoaching founder, Ramón Dios. Food & Travel México’s editorial director and partner, Cecilia Núñez is participating, as will Chef Lula Martín del Campo, who will be a wine-pairing dinner host and the emcee of the event.
The goal of the event is to help share the evolution of the Latin American culinary scene. Moreover, it has become a place where businesses can use events to strengthen their alliances. It also provides an opportunity to showcase and address some of the leading subjects of interest within the industry.
