Exercise regularly, keep a healthy weight, control your blood pressure, drink in moderation, and most importantly GET ENOUGH SLEEP. It doesn’t hurt to be skeptical about products that claim to strengthen immune system. Most of the time it is overpriced vitamins and minerals.
